e-Design
Process

If you are interested in our e-Design Services please click the Contact Us button located on this page. After we have talked with you we will prepare and email your proposal. Please complete the steps requested in your proposal. The proposal, room specifications and design questionnaire need to be completed and emailed to us within one week of receiving the proposal. This will allow your project to stay on track.

Week 1: Once all items are received the e-Design process begins! We will start by scheduling our first Zoom meeting to review the information for your project.

Week 2: Two design concepts will be created for your space. Giving you options will help us to get a better understanding of your style. We will have a second Zoom meeting to discuss your concept boards, settle upon which is best for you and make note of any changes that need to be made. 

Changes you requested will be made this week. Your inspiration board and floor plan will be finalized along with the selections of furnishings, etc. 

Week 3: A third Zoom meeting will be held to make the final presentation. The balance of your payment must be received prior to this meeting.  Once payment has been made and our final meeting is complete the concept board, floor plan, shopping list and project notes will be emailed to you.

You begin shopping for items and, if needed, scheduling with your contractor, to begin the work. Assembly of all furnishings and implementation of all design plans will be your responsibility.

e-Design Package Pricing

One room $700.00
(i.e. bedroom, living room, dining room, bathroom, kitchen)

Open floor plan: $700.00 per space
(typically consisting of living, dining, and kitchen)

Your e-Design Package will include:

  • Concept Board: Features everything you need to create your room including furniture, lighting, wallpaper, flooring, window treatments, paint, and decor.

  • Shopping List: Includes all items selected for your room with links to each item. This list is provided as a Google Doc for easy universal access.

  • Floor Plan: A layout of all furniture and lighting placements.

  • Design Notes: Gail’s personal notes and useful directions to help you pull your room all together.

  • Zoom Meetings: Three meetings totaling no more than 2 hours.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance is due within two weeks, prior to the client receiving the final design files. Within 30 days of finalizing the project, if any shopping items are discontinued or unavailable, we will source replacements for those items.
