I can remember, as a small child, romping through the woods with my family, looking for the perfect tree to cut down, take home and decorate. That’s what Christmas is. It is a season for making memories to cherish. Memories of family, good food, laughter, games and, of course, presents. It’s a time to stop and reflect on the most priceless gift ever given, the gift of a child, born in a stable, for the sole purpose of redeeming mankind. No other gift could ever begin to have such value or such great purpose.
